• Completion of a medical degree and residency in obstetrics and gynecology or a related field
• Board certification in obstetrics and gynecology or a related field
• Completion of a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
• Licensure in the state in which they practice
• Maintenance of board certification in reproductive endocrinology and infertility
